Step 3. You choose to purchase 1 (one) of these 3 properties.
Step 4. I will give 1 full home inspection on the chosen property,
Step 5. And 1 Home Energy Tune-uP ($100 VALUE) on the same property when all the systems are on and functional.
All this for a one time fee of $500.00
