Dear Home Buyer:     There are two ways to get the pre-inspection agreement. First is the "Print-Sign-Fax" or the new way "Electronically" (see below).

Before we can perform an inspection on your contracted home, you must first read, sign and fax the agreement between you and Cutting Edge Inspections Inc. to (217)792-3785. Please call to confirm your pricing then insert that figure on the printed agreement.  Please note that this agreement must be signed immediately to confirm your scheduled inspection date. We will need this contract faxed back to us within the next 24 hours in order to confirm and reserve your inspection date. We must have a signed agreement with you before driving out to the property. The signature needs to be the contract owner and not an agent or representative. A link is provided below to download a PDF copy of the Agreement.  Payment must be made at the time of the inspection unless other arrangements have been made. I look forward to representing you on the inspection of your future home.
