This 5 point inspection is at the customers or insurance companies request. It is NOT a full home inspection and therefore DOES NOT conform to the Illinois Standards of Practice. There was no exact criteria list to determine what information the insurance company wanted from the original inspection except for Foundation, Plumbing, Electrical, Heat/Air conditioning and Roofing systems. Other deficiencies may exist in this home which could effect value or safety and may not be included in this minimal inspection.
